Are bank staff as guilty as their masters?

If the guards at Auschwitz were not allowed to excuse themselves by saying that they were just following orders, why should banking employees be allowed to say they are just following orders?

If you put Satan's coin in your pocket for doing his bidding, are you not as guilty as Satan himself?
