Great Stuff,your poem gave me a much needed laugh as it reminded me of a poem I heard from some now dead Welsh poet on the subject of Tony Blair that went something like:

I met a man, from I know not wheir,

Good On You, I am also supporting the Postal Workers despite the fact my Jobseekers Allowance was stopped in error this week so I have no money to live off and on top of this my idiot bank has just made the mother of all disasters out of a debit card dispute as I just found out they have accidentally repaid the thieves who stole my money originally all the money (I don't have) for the second time and will charge me overdraft fees for the service. The Bank is sending me the appeal forms which have to be completed and returned within 10 days of the sending date postal strikes regardless. The reasons for this solidarity you may ask? Well long before I got thrown on the dole I was a Postal Worker and have seen what they have to go through. You have also done a very shrewd thing as it always pays to keep in with your Posties.

The important with buying (or selling) is, of course, timing. The gold market has deep cycles that mean you have to pick you moment.
With glod, we're not talking about a few percentage points. For example, the price of gold has risen over 3x in the past 10 years or, to look at it another way, it's taken 10 years for gold to recover from its low ebb.
As a result, it's probable that we're currently going through a period when 'selling' is the only sensible option and a few percent here or there is not so important.

This view may not be very popular, but I think that anyone who is forced to stop due to a human chain of immigrants deserves the right to just keep driving. They should be protected by law if they kill any of them. If the immigrants don't get out of the way that's their fault and it will also decrease the number of illegal immigrants attempting to enter Britain. The only negative sides I can see are it'll make a bloody great mess and others may exploit it for homicidal purposes, but the latter point may even be far fetched.

A lot of peope are in a panic assuming bankruptcy is the only answer to severe debt problems but it may be not necessarilly the right solution. It is important you do your homework first.

There isn't as much dispute about the science as you say. The Royal Society are very reliable, and their simplified description of the science on these issues is here:

It's well worth reading each of their "Misleading arguments" as they are very clearly written.

Alternative forms of energy are the way forward.
